Been cooking all day , doing laundry, and a little catching up on some work and projects today.....Tomorrow I will be doing an old fashion Louisiana dinner for my kids and grand-babies for Sunday dinner, which includes everything homemade and slow cooked all day ... red beans and rice, crawfish etouffe , fried chicken, mashed potatoes and gravy, corn bread, and garlic roasted brussels sprouts (maybe , still deciding on a veggie) ...and good ole sweet tea and lemonade. :-) Gonna be a Nawlins throw down. :-)...but for now, finally taking a seat and having a cold beer to relax and chill for the rest of the evening. ...
