Perhaps you have seen it on MSM news in the West where its used to demonise the Eastern Ukrainian fighters who are accused of looting the belongings of the unfortunate victims of the downed Malaysian plane. This still picture is widely used by US and European politicians to fire public sentiment against the separatists and Russia.
