Being Thankful unto the Lord Daily. I choose to thank You for my weaknesses, my infirmities, my inadequacies (physical, mental, emotional, relational)...for the ways I fall short of what people view as ideal...for my feelings of helplessness and inferiority, and even my pain and distresses. What a comfort it is to know that You understand the feelings of my weaknesses!...and that in Your infinite wisdom You have allowed these in my life so that they may contribute to Your high purposes for me. I specifically thank You for: Prayer which keeps me in check in times when I am at my weakest point. For pain which again bends my knees for the purpose of prayer. For these things enable me to show my love, and strive to live for Your purpose I thank you Lord daily. Hebrews 4:14, 15, 16. Seeing then that we have a great high priest that is passed into the Heavens, Jesus the Son of God, let us hold fast to our profession...For we have not a high priest which can not be touched with the feelings of our infirmities, but was in all points tempted like as we are, yet without sin...Let us therefore come boldly unto the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy, and find grace to help in time of need. Romans 8: 28-29. For we know all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to His purpose...For whom he did foreknow, he also did predestinate to be conformed to the image of His Son, that He might be the firstborn among many brethren. Amen!!!
