Being pregnant is not an excuse for not exercising, mommies :-). Some of the benefits of exercise: - strengthens our muscles and ligaments making them more supple and flexible - reduces body aches and pains - we recover faster after delivery - exercise releases happy hormones which make us feel better Note: Exercise at your own pace, listen to your body. Dont over exert, if you feel the move is too strenous, take it slow. Keep a bottle of water nearby and take small sips to keep you hydrated.
