Best Cold Crab Dip Recipe This is great for parties, birthdays or just for a family night in! I even give it to the kids for snacks! Just YUMMY! Ingredients: (2) 8 ounces of cream cheese 1/2 Cup of Sour Cream I pound of crab meat ( we use the imitation and it is good) 2 tablespoons of Chives 2 tablespoons of parsley 1 tablespoon of horseradish 4 teaspoons of lemon juice 2 teaspoons of Worchestershire 1/2 teaspoon of salt 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper In a bowl, mix the softened cream cheese, sour cream, chives, horseradish, parsley, lemon juice, worchestershire sauce, salt and pepper. Stir until mixed smooth. We put the crab meat in the grinder so it is small pieces. I highly recommend this attachment. If you don’t have one you can also just finely chop the crap meat. Once chopped, gently stir in the crab meat to the rest of the ingredients. Put in a container and chill in the fridge.
