Small expenditures for parking meters, coffee and soft drinks, newspapers, bus fares, postage stamps, magazines, sweets, or road and bridge tolls can drain your budget. When keeping track of your expenses you may discount these seemingly inconsequential items and not bother to track them. But over time such small expenses add up. Track these little purchase over a month and see if you can cut down or even eliminate them. Take the money you would have spent and put it in your savings a count. After a year, take the money and out it towards a well-earned holiday.
