Big news folks!!! We are proud to announce the hiring of Carlis Faurot as our full time fiddle player!!! Carlis, who is an extraordinary musician in every sense of the word, will be joining us starting on Jan. 8!!! We are going into 2015 with a full speed ahead attitude and with the momentum you all helped to create in 2014, who knows what great things are in store! We are committed to keeping the music Classic Country, but well be adding several new old tunes, and generally putting some polish on things so as to keep the dancers dancin and the listeners coming back for more!!! VFW Post 788 in Cedar Rapids is gearing up for another great year of capacity crowds and dancers, so please let all your friends and family know about us and the awesome times we have!!! Out sincerest thanks go out to Bill George, who was a great asset to us over the past year, and such a great person and musician to travel as far as he did every week to play with us.
