Big news on the Te Tina front! The Ministry of Health has decided that the need is much greater on the Island of Tabuaeran, just north of Kiritimati Island, so we will be starting there. They have asked us to set up there, and go back and forth to Tabuaeran, Kiritimati, and Teraina. This is a huge vote of confidence from their government, and we will show up ready to make a difference. I am proud to say my daughter, Lexy Lozos, has decided to come with me for two months to set up. She will be helping me to establish the project, set up a clinic, and launch the data collective efforts on Tabuaeran and Teraina. We need your help now more than ever! There is no electricity, running water, internet, computers, etc on Tabuaeran. There is only one Medical Assistant on the entire island.
