Bill Hart - Canadian Tire money has gone digital. The iconic bills will be complemented with an electronic system for collecting and redeeming the stores currency. While it wont replace the paper money, shoppers will have the alternative of using a digital rewards system starting in Ontario on Oct. 28. I dont know, while the card is convenient, I like having a wad of bills in my wallet even if its only $2.15 worth!
