Albion Series Diameter Bearing Capacity is sale in Industrial & Scientific Albion 16 Series 6 Diameter Cast Iron Wheel Medium Heavy Duty Zinc Plate Swivel Caster Roller Bearing 4-1 2 Description: The Albion 16 Series medium-duty caster has a 6-diameter cast iron swivel wheel and a top plate that is 4-1/2 x 4 inches (L x W), and can be mounted to a hotel luggage cart, laundry cart, dolly, hospital bed, or waste disposal truck for movability. The top plate, yoke, and fork legs are made of cold-formed steel, which resists impacts and has a higher strength-to-weight ratio than hot-formed steel. A zinc plating resists corrosion. The wheel swivels for maneuverability and is made of cast iron, which resists impacts, wear, and rust. Notches in the yoke base accept a four-position swivel lock (sold separately). A 5/8-diameter king pin and bolt and ball bearings enable the wheel to swivel. Ball bearing raceways help prevent ball indentation and wear. A 1/2-diameter hollow axle secures the wheel to the fork legs. A grease fitting allows the caster to be lubricated. The caster has a load capacity of 1,250 lb., weighs 9-3/4 lb., and measures 7-1/4 high overall (the vertical distance from lowest to highest point). The wheel measures 2 wide and 6 in diameter. The mount plate measures 4-1/2 x 4 x 1/4 inches (L x W x D). (L is length, the horizontal distance from front to back; W is width, the horizontal distance from left to right; H is height, the vertical distance from lowest to highest point.) Each fork leg is 1/4 thick.
