Bodybuilder diet 1:0:1 Oats, Egg whites, maybe berries Chicken, greens, rice Steak, almonds, greens Chicken, rice- pre workout Bro shake: WPI/dextrose post workout White fish, asparagus Casein before bed. If your diet looks like the above and your paying $$$$$$$$ for it RUN. If you ask your trainer if you can have different choices as they may not agree with your digestive system, taste buds or budget and they say no you cannot. RUN. If your trainer doesnt adjust your diet as your body changes or you hit plateaus and you dont get a recent answer as to why not. RUN. If your trainer tells you you cannot at all costs change something like chicken for fish or a type of fruit or almonds for almond spread......RUN......If they try to tell you a certain food is better than another and doesnt give a decent educated response. RUN. Now Im not saying the above diet is bad. It has positive qualities but it should not be the same for everyone, it should not limit you to these foods, it isnt tailored to your needs, it may work short term but is this a realistic lifestyle approach? What about micronutrients your missing by not having any variety in your diet??? How about overall energy, mood, hormones, health? If your paying someone $$$ for nutritional advice expect answers or like I said above RUN....they dont know what there doing.....DAT BRO SCIENCE education.
