Brawl versus riot. A cricket match scuffle versus a violent public disturbance of a larger scale. Are we beginning to paint incidents committed by the low wage South Asian demographic with the same brush, regardless of scale or consequence? Be interesting to note what a similar brouhaha in an uptown pub would be called. *caveat* am in no way condoning their behavior. Criminal acts should be charged accordingly. The question is whether similar charges would be enforced across the board regardless of locale or profile.
