Brgy Nipa, San Dionisio.. This are was a hilly are near the beach. But they told us that the water rise so high that they were atill reached by it. One of their neghbors died because his hous got washed away and swallowed by the tides. He got trapped and no means of rescuing him. He is still missing.. But i like the people here, they help each other and they become strongly bonded because of the disaster they experienced, they learnd how to give in and how to appreciate. God bless them that they may soon make their houses stand again..
