He has always been open to input from his constituents who are patients. Rep Gerry Pollet is on record for quoting Rick Garza’s infamous lie about 90% of patients being “fakers”. During a previous town hall meeting he described the patient community as 90% snowboarders, skateboarders. He supported most if not all of the bills that have attempted to roll back patient rights. Rep. Ferrell is in her first term, and has been open to listening to patient concerns.
