Brody says we gotta get outta the hospital! I can truly say its challenging with two children in the hospital by myself. Tj had to go home last night to go back to work. But Im staying strong and positive as much as I can. Brody will start regular pediasure per his GI doctor. His incision site looks a little better this morning. Still getting antibiotics through his iv. I can tell he is ready to go home. Brody is very smart about sounds and surroundings. He has learned the doctors voice and he starts screaming because he doesnt want pain. Then when Hope fusses he fusses. The hospital and staff and volunteers have been great but there is no place like home. Plus hospital food is way overpriced! And I just bought a pack of gum for 1.50! What and then gets stuck in the machine! Still learning the tube. I think its gonna take time after time getting it and being completely comfortable with it. I have a book to take with me. We have supplies delivered here to take home with pumps, bags, pole, and all that for the tube. Ok so I gotta get back to the kids. Hopefully if Brody does good with his pediasure we can go soon.
