Burglary Investigation and Arrest in Whitley County (LONDON, KY. #KSPPost11) -- On Monday, September 09, 2013 at approximately 2:56 PM, Trooper Ryan Loudermilk was on patrol on US Highway 25, two miles south of Corbin when he observed two male subjects fleeing from a residence with one of them carrying a pillowcase.
