Business Schools are concerned today that the workplace has again become so destructive to so many people... and it again comes down to a lack of respect for others and negative management --- now a workplace culture of many companies. When employees are asked to do random surveys, which have been increasing frequency, the results show how negatively men and women feel about their workplaces; how damaging the workplace is to mental and physical health, and therefore to the economy.
