Busting Another Myth How many times have your heard this one? Never go grocery shopping when youre hungry. Pish Posh, I say go grocery shopping when you are starving, when youre gut is growling like a rabid dog. Follow my reasoning. When you go grocery shopping on a full stomach what do you end up with? Right, sensible good for you stuff. Some may even walk away with healthy food. Now when you go shopping when youre hungry Hell everything looks good and you load the cart with all kinds of bad crap, 75% snack food. And lets face it when the munchies hit do want to be smacking yourself in the head for buying rabbit food when you really want ice cream, chocolate syrup, nuts and whipped cream.
