Busy Gals Fitness Tip of the Day: Your fitness is 100% mental. Your body WONT go where your mind doesnt push it! If you told me a year or even a few months ago, that I would ever be able to do ab crunches on TRX - I would have laughed and said, Never! But a friend challenge me and so I said, why not? Well - as challenging as they are - they are fun and Im determined to get ripped abs and lose the last of the muffin top for good - so I just cranked up the music on my i-pod, got determined & went for it! And WOW, did it feel great to overcome my fear!! If I can do it, you can do it ladies! Share this on a friends page who you know needs some encouragement today!
