By: Indianapolis - Lost Pet Alert We have received multiple requests to post about a dog fighting ring in Southern Indiana that is looking for free or low cost dogs/cats to use as "bait dogs." There are dog fighting rings right here in Indianapolis and everyone needs to be vigilant that these predators are out there. NEVER give away a dog for free...even these pets being "rehomed" at a low price are in danger. It is ALWAYS best to go through a rescue. (As for people who say rescues are hard to get into - they are not if you are willing to foster the pet for them.) Always be cautious.
