By the grace of Almighty Allah Anjuman has one more good news for you apart from what has been announced recently like 100% results and ranks in University exams and its overall achievements recently. The Anjuman Bangalore property Anjuman Kay Arr Towers has been successfully completed and major part of Anjumans share of the Joint Development Project has been rented. Kadli Mueed Saheb) This property was in long legal dispute and practically was not giving any revenue to Anjuman for over last 35 years. Alhamdu Lillah by the efforts of Anjuman management and consistent follow up by Bangalore Muslim Jamaat members especially Jb. Kadli Mueed, Jb. Abdurrahim Damudi and several others, the legal hurdles were removed, old tenants were vacated by negotiated settlements and the land taken possession in year 2011. Anjuman formed a Bangalore Property Committee and with their involvement negotiated and entered into a Joint Development Agreement with a renowned Developer Kay Arr & Company. The commercial complex was completed in all respects within about two years after signing of the agreement and the Anjumans share of the complex was handed over recently. By the Grace of Almighty Allah, and the Duas of all of you Anjuman members, and the efforts of Bangalore Jamaat members of property committee, major portion of the property has been rented to reliable multinational Companies like Blue star and others. Some portion of the complex is being rented with furnishing from Anjuman and others without furnishing. Negotiation are also underway for the balance vacant portion of the Commercial Complex for renting it.. The revenue from this Anjuman Property will help Anjuman to bridge its financial deficit to a great extent and help in the overall development of Anjuman in providing Quality Value Based Education to one and all. However please note that Anjumans future development plans need much more than this revenue and the need for support from all of you will continue for a long time to come. Anjuman thanks all the members of Anjuman and especially members of Anjuman Bangalore Property committee members of Bhatkal Muslim Jamaat, Bangalore, for their role in successful completion of this Project and for renting it.
