CALLING ALL SUPER HEROES BETWEEN 5 and 12 YEARS OLD. What a year so far. Packed classes and great people. As you know we are always looking to constantly improve. One area we are getting numerous requests for are childrens classes. To see how much interest there is, we are going to run a taster session over the next few weeks. It will probably be on a Wednesday at 5.30pm and our price promise is that we will be the best value for money in the Bracknell, Ascot and Windsor area, providing the most qualified coaches with most experience. Coaches will also be CRB checked. Our mixed martial arts syllabus will focus on key disciplines including - Boxing - Thai boxing - Wrestling - Brazilian Jiu Jitsu With equal importance we will - Build confidence - Increase fitness - Teach discipline and respect - Most importantly have fun Classes will be open to all children between 5 and 12 years old and will be on a pay as you go basis.
