CAN YOU HELP US PROVIDE A BETTER SERVICE? We will be having a debrief in a couple of days on how we handled the Lert message service, and the Facebook side of our operation. We are always open to constructive input from all our users and would appreciate your comments. We are aware that our spelling is sometime a little off, so we just need to check more thoroughly. Accuracy of information - in the 16 months that we have operated Lert Info we have put out wrong information only once and that was because of an external suppliers software. This is one problem with social media unfortunately IT CAN BE HIJACKED so easily.
