CANCELLATION POLICY It is with regret that we must enforce this - TopicsExpress

CANCELLATION POLICY It is with regret that we must enforce this but unfortunately due to so many last minute cancellations and no shows becoming too much of a regular occurrence we have no alternative but to enforce our cancellation policy and charge. We do understand that sometimes emergencies do crop up but it has got to the point that these no shows and last minute cancellations are becoming too accepted and are greatly affecting the business and our other customers, who are then missing out of those appointments. Providing less than 42 hours notice does not allow us enough time to usually fill that slot and we have outgoings and bills relying on that booking. If you do not show up for your appointment, we still have to pay our bills but have no chance of filling that slot. We will also be adding a text reminder service for all customers, so there will be no reason to forget your appointment. These will be sent out at least 72 hours prior to your appointment allowing you time to reschedule within the suitable cancellation policy time frame. All bookings over £50 or 2+ hours time will be required to pay a 25% deposit and bookings over £100 or 3+ will be required to pay a 50% deposit which is non refundable. This can be transferred with at least 42 hours notice and the following cancellation policy will also apply to this. Our cancellation policy will be: Less than 42 hours notice - 25% cancellation fee. Less than 24 hours notice - 50% cancellation fee. No show - full payment. This cancellation fee will be added onto customer accounts and rebookings will not be accepted until this amount has been paid. Cancellation or appointment changes for a Tuesday must be done by 5pm on the previous Saturday. There will obviously be discretion for emergencies, as we do understand that sometimes things can on occasion, happen out of your control. I know this notice will annoy some customers but unfortunately we really have no other alternative and we hope you can understand why we are having to enforce this. This will be in affect from 1st May 2014. If you would like to discuss this, please contact us.
