CBCs Nature of Things with David Suzuki is running an episode on Dr. Pat Sutherlands 30 years of archaeological work on the Norse in Canadas Arctic. This work was called into question by the Harper Conservative government during their purge of academics at the National Museum of Civilization, and its subsequent re-branding. Pat Sutherland was dismissed from her tenured post, and her access to her own 30-year legacy of work was removed.
