CBF Ministry Mission Myanmar update: Praise the Lord for Gods presence and blessing in the Annual Business and Vision Meeting yesterday after the worship services! Following the ministry praises and updates, unanimous approval of the projected 2014 ministry budget, an inspiring missions presentation was given. Highlighted amid the updates and ministries of India, Philippines & North Africa was the Myanmar (aka Burma) project to begin construction of the new 2-story educational & ministry building for B.E.S.T. seminary on their grounds near the capitol of Yangon. CBF Guam members voted unanimously to give the first $10k, out of church savings to lay the foundation immediately. Thank God for the increased ability to educate and train many more evangelical Burmese Christians in Myanmar this facility will provide! Thank the Lord for the generous believers at CBF who in doing this have put Gods glory Myanmar ahead of our own local building aspirations and plans (Luke 6:38). Praise God too, for the great thanksgiving and joy of the believers in Myanmar for this love gift of the Lord through CBF Guam. PtL
