Just make sure you go as hard as possible during each 20 second rest period. For double unders sub jumping jacks or running in place. Count reps. For each set of squats, do half of the reps. Push ups on knees. Intermediate May use bike or elliptical in place of run. Just make sure you go as hard as possible during each 20 second rest period.
