COPING WITH MISCARRIAGE? I dont know who this is for, or why God impressed it upon my heart, but I have just received an unction to pray for all who have suffered from, or will suffer with Miscarriage! No matter how recent or former it has been, your loss is unique and your grief is often discounted, but the death of your bundle of joy is as devastating now, as it was on that dreadful day of loss, or will be should loss ever visit your family (God forbid). Father, the horror and trauma of a babies death cannot be comprehended or understood, especially by those like myself who have never personally experienced the painful impact miscarriage can bring . The spiritual wrestling match, physical weariness, psychological warfare, emotional roller coaster, and immense fear after the fact are real, and often experienced in dreadful vivid 3D images. Even for those who have successfully birthed children before or after a miscarriage, coping is an ongoing difficulty. The baby was named, the memory is of one family member short, and the struggle is too often silent. Please speak into the vacant womb. Please overshadow the empty crib. Please touch where no surgeons scalpel can go. Please massage the wounded heart of all those who TODAY are grieving the unforgettable loss! Where we question You, be the Answer that soothes every doubt, as the need to COPE WITH MISCARRIAGE rises as a fresh reminder of our NEED FOR YOU, the CHIEF PHYSICIAN!
