Call to Pediatricians Office Me: Yes, my daughter has a 6 month checkup tomorrow I would like to know what time it is because I have not received my appointment card in the mail. Jerk on Phone: Maam this is why we mail appointment cards, so we dont have to answer these phone calls all day when we have other questions and patients to attend to. Me: As I said I did not receive my card as of yesterday evening in the mail!!!! Still Jerk on Phone (Now practically calling me a liar): I mailed out all of this weeks appointment cards on Saturday myself. Me: Im sure the people that had appointments on Tuesday were appreciative since most probably got them after their appointment time. Overachieving Jerk on Phone: Maam I am sure they received them Monday as you should have. Me: Monday was a Holiday why do you think I said people on Tuesday, and this is Wednesday, her appointment is tomorrow I need to know what time because I need to let work know. Maintaining his Jerk on Phone Status: I will give it to you this one time, please do not make a habit of this. Me: Sir in all this time you couldve answered the phone for every appointment tomorrow, and told them what time their appointment is going to be. Furthermore if this wasnt the best pediatrician in town I would smear your face against that little glass partition between us tomorrow when I get there. So please go and tell the Dr. that I so love today, thank you because she alone is saving you from me. ******CLICK******* Even if I had received the card and lost it this ^^^^^^^^^ was ridiculous!!!
