Called out to repair someone elses work again. Im am surprised at the low quality of the work is and will not name who they are but they got away(according to the client)with charging £200 pounds for this and then said they dont work evenings to come out to put it right! Wrong lock,fitted badly no wonder the door jammed shut! Refitted by me now works as best as poss even though its the wrong lock....Next! This elderly lady is on her own and its shocking to see people taking advantage of this!
