Can I ask for prayers for my 93 year old grandfather from the Hays, Kansas area. Hes really been brave but struggling as of late, and yesterday he took a turn for the worse with failing kidneys and extremely low blood pressure. Hes a fighter but not sure hell pull through this episode. My mom is by his bedside and I am the only other blood relative hes close to. Luckily my mom has gotten him to speak to me on the phone twice this past week but his hearing is so bad it was tough for him to communicate. I feel so helpless being exactly 1,000 miles away and Michele is flying to Indy early Saturday morning and wont be back home till late Monday. Ive been so lucky to have him and my mom in my life for the past 52 years but cant help feeling that one chapter is slowly closing for me......Im just sad.....and his wife, my grandma passed away 13 years ago TODAY.
