Can anyone help me? I have found a family of 7 dogs (parents and 5 puppies) that are living in the most appalling conditions near Kensington, Joburg. They do have owners but are not fed or cared for in anyway by them. My mom and I are currently feeding them and have been told by the owners we can have them. When we first started feeding them, we were growled at but they all run up to the car now with wagging tails. Do any of you know of a shelter/rescue that can assist me?
