Were doing in and out arm flys! 1st video: Standard- Dont pick a weight too heavy. To start, place your feet shoulder width apart and your hands relaxed. First time raising the weights, you will raise them to shoulder length straight out in front of you. Keep a SLIGHT bend in your elbow, as you dont want too much pressure if youd lock your elbow (BAD IDEA!!!) Lower back down. 2nd move, you will raise them straight out to the sides (like an extension of your arms). Same concept, do not lock your elbows, just keep a slight bend. 2nd video: Modified- same instructions, just using your bands.
