Can you guess which one is mine and which one belongs to Sprout? I have all the beta and high beta activity. My mind is racing all the time. We are both assigned to do HeartMath. It is a great way to calm oneself and for the kiddo’s learn how to compose themselves. They can watch their efforts on the computer screen and get instant feedback on their efforts. That way they learn without feedback from parents. It’s great – they can argue with the computer and not you. These sessions run 5 to 10 minutes. The bonus is that it can be done at home. After that we get hooked up to watch movies and get our brains healthier at the same time. The idea is to keep the movie running during the sessions. Great training for the brain! These sessions run 30 to 45 minutes at a time. I am hoping to be able to fall asleep faster at night. Did you notice that he has my nose? I will keep up the notifications as it is possible.
