Cant tell what i had for Dinner but ,it was Magic .Ok , i sliced Potatoes ,Onions ,Orange Kumera,Garlic ,very thinly ,Layered a dish ,that i had Buttered ,put in 4 Lamb Shoulder Chops that i had Browned,then added another layer of Vegies ,seasoned ,then poured in Chicken stock ,Bay leaves ,covered in Foil ,and put in the Oven for 3 hours.Removed Foil ,and left going for another half hour .Served with Carrots ,and Leeks together ,and Silverbeet.Beautiful ,and enough for another feed ,Bon Appetite.
