Capitol Reports Pat McGuigan “sympathetic to a do-over” for Douglass-Locust Grove On this weeks Capitol Report, analyst Pat McGuigan worked with News9s Justin Dougherty. The pair discussed mystifying misapplication of a penalty, changing the result of the Douglass-Locust Grove high school football playoff game.
