Capt. Daniel Kesten Legend Charters says the Trout have moved to their summer spots, deeper, cleaner water (5 to 8 deep) over the grass flats. Snook(catch & release) are moving towards the passes and on the beaches, still pretty shallow. Redfish are very lazy right now, biting on the dead heads of shiners and cut up ladyfish. Most are oversized. Mackerel are around structure in Tampa Bay, havent seen many on the beaches. A few Tarpon have showed up. Permit 7 to 10 miles out.
