Carl Lotter is pleased to announce that he was a HHH fellow in 1987 - what a privilege and what and honor remembering also a great American statesmen who foresaw that the issues that will confront the world was not west east but North South: Wealthy north hemisphere and impoverished South Hemisphere; wealth disparities - these he said were the geopolitical issues that have to be resolved - a matter yet unresolved and to which the north still pays lip service and the south has been betrayed by post colonial corrupt leadership so HHH challenge is still with us.
