Case 17-7-2556 "ผู้ป่วยไม่มีโรคประจำตัว ไม่ได้กินยาอะไรเป็นประจำ ไม่เคยตรวจเช็คเลือดมาก่อน ตรวจร่างกายแรกรับ BT 37.8 C, RR 22/min, PR 100, BP 110/80 mmHg, moderately pale, anicteric, bleeding per gum, multiple petechii over extremities, no lymphadenopathy, thyroid not enlarged, Chest -bilateral basal crepitation, heart - normal S1, S2 no murmur, no gallop, no hepatosplenomegaly, no abdominal or pelvic mass, Neuroexam -grossly intact" ขณะนี้น่าจะคิดถึงโรคใดมากที่สุด และจะทำ investigation อะไรเบื้องต้นในขณะนี้
