Catch yourself - Catch yourself telling a story about the other , catch yourself telling a story about yourself. Stop. Write it down. Inquire to the reality of it. ( there are tools for this ) Within that story is actually the DNA of ancient beliefs that I have tried to hide in the idea of the other.. It is actually a golden egg holding the chance to convert guilt into gratitude, fear into peace. What I Imagine as a problem holds a gift of awareness for myself. Awareness. Try to be aware of the ancient temptation to prove or justify the story.. We have done this for millions of years, over and over and over again... Write it down and inquire and you will find deep deep core beliefs. ( again there are tools to do this , and doing it with another is helpful) (I am willing to help with this) We see what we want to see. Stop. Use this story of the other for awareness and waking up to what we have tried to keep hidden from ourselves.. Wake up to the blocks made, cherished and defended... They are hiding in plain sight..
