Cedar falls hike! Its just a 2 mile round trip on paper but its a hard as hell hike! The frail descends over 409 feet in a series of switchbacks. The first half mile has a series of stone steps some smooth some jagged that descends rather precariously ! At the end if the trail is a waterfall. You might think it is 2 miles so easy... Wrong! Took us 1.5 hrs to descend and all the time the farther I went the only thought in my mind was holy hell I have to climb back all this! And we did!
