Certain facts has to be clarified wrt CSAT.Large scale wrong facts are being circulated evenby MEDIA of course due to ignorance.CSAT menans CIVIL SERVICES APTITUDE TEST.Basically this is a test to assess whether a candidate is fit enough to appear in the CIVIL SERVICES EXAMINATION or not.Earlier we used to call it IAS PRELIMNARY EXAMINATION.Now in this CSAT we have two papers GS Paper 1 n GS Paper 2. People r MISQUOTING this GS Paper 2 as CSAT which is wrong. Now the problem is with GS Paper 2 only.GS Paper 1 is the normal general studies.REAL PROBLEM VESTS IN GS Paper 2. Now GS Paoer 2 has 80 questions OUT OF THESE 80 QUESTIONS there are 9 comprehension passages .Each passage has 3 questions .,that is from 9 passages we have 27 questions.Here LANGUAGE is not the issue. HINDI STUDENTS GET THE PASSAGE IN HINDI N ENGLISH STUDENTS in english .Problem is that HINDI passages are translated passages from theENGLISH passageS.AUR aap jaante hi hai second hand cheej me bhawart badal jata hai jabki shabdarth wahi rahta hai aur answering bhawarth pe karni hoti hai. and more over if there is any controversy english version will be treated as correct.AUR the irony is that it applies to hindi n english version to our CONSTITUTION OF INDIA which is supreme law of the land.
