#ChangeAhead But its all good :) From Wednesday 18th June, I will be working part time only as the studio is changing ownership, to the capable hands of Sabrina Friel. She will be turning up the heat and challenging you with hot Bikram Yoga classes. I will continue to teach some Warm Vinyasa Flow classes and will also be working on my new project of opening a wee studio in Inishowen early next year. Its been an amazing nearly 3 years at Love Hot Yoga Studio and I am so grateful for everyones support, dedication and friendship and I wish Sabrina the very best with her new venture.
