Changes to the online certification preparation courses offered through the Mike Molino RV Learning Center create new guidelines for technician recertification. The Technician Certification Governing Board voted on October 17, 2013 to allow technicians to use the RV Learning Center’s online preparations courses one time only to recertify. Technicians that previously used the RV Learning Center’s online training to recertify are now ineligible to enroll in the new courses for recertification purposes. There are two modules available through the new platform. The Registered level course will award 15 hours of credit toward recertification and the Certified level 25 hours toward certification. These courses will be available for recertification credit hours to first-time preparation course enrollees.
