Charged with contempt of court for calling racist racist Bra Mike Stainbank who is the originator of the Apartheid Museum, (which is currently paraded as the intellectual property of racist tycoons the Kroks) faces a three month jail sentence, making him the first political prisoner in post 94 SA. At the court, the white judge who issued the judgement said while it was okey to think racism it is a crime to speak about racism. There you go black people: you can think about racism since it structures your everyday reality, but dont you dare speak about it. Bra Mike is paying the price for his truth, qua black truth. We therefore ask, what has changed since 1994?
