Charlie made some more muffins yesterday. They are the best ever. Yesterday she used egg whites and honey and substantially increase the fiber add more flax seed. Prunes appear to be the fruit of choice. For supper last night we had the most delicious lemon rice and bean casserole. I stayed up late last night painting. Well see how this painting goes. The available paints in my paint box are limiting my pallet. This morning my fasting blood glucose level was 71mg/dl. I just cant believe how successful this new lifestyle is working out. I dont understand why this information isnt routinely shared with all diabetics. tomorrow morning at 6:00Am Ill be going into the hospital for routine blood work. After the lab results come in Ill be able to more accurately access the success of the life style changes. Next month Ill go in and see my physician. I hope she is as pleased as I have been. Well, so much for the morning health report.
