Child Has Bicycle Wreck, and Jams Bare End of Handle Bars into Stomach! A lot of folks just make simple mistakes. Like NOT having the proper hand-grips on the bicycle handlebars. Kids crash and burn all the time. [NOTE: I have a nice circular scar under my chin when I crashed and burned as a child. I bled like a stuck pig. But, no big deal. Wash it off, and let time heal it. JML] Any way, ...the kid turned too sharply on a dirt road while camping with his parents up at a lake. He had a nice round circle on his tummy [the handle-bar did NOT penetrate the skin], and lots of bruising around it...and lots of crying. Hes just a tiny little kid. So a little energy first-aid: 1. I got ice... 2. then I had the wife find the DMSO 3. Used it every 5 minutes for 20 minutes 4. Did the Cry-Baby blow-out...Even though Im scared, and I hurt myself, I like me... 5. Pain went away. He took a nap. Tomorrow that bruise will most likely be healed. And I got sunburned! Castor Oil literally heals most sunburns over night!. Heres to kids and their trials and tribulations!!!
