Chocolate mousse & jelly crunch dessert. Ingredients: 1 packet jelly 2 scoops chocolate protein powder 1 banana 1 dessert spoon stevia 1 dessert spoon cocoa powder 1 dessert spoon natural peanut butter 50ml unsweetened almond milk 1 pot of fat free natural yoghurt Handful of granola How to make: Make jelly in bowl (how to make on packet) and leave to set in fridge. Take your blender or smoothy maker and add all the above ingredients (except granola) and mix for upto 4 minutes. Pour into a seperate bowl and leave it in the freezer for no longer than 80 minutes. Once it is set to a mousse consistency (check by testing the top with a spoon) take out of the freezer and leave it in the fridge until the jelly is set. Once the jelly is set,place the mousse over the jelly and sprinkle the granola over the top. Put back in the fridge to set again and after 1 hour your dessert is ready. If you leave the mousse in the freezer for more than 80minutes,it will make an ice cream. If you have different flavour protein,i would advise to leave out the cocoa powder and peanut butter . . Also you could add fruit such as real strawberries to make strawbery jelly mousse crunch . Hope you enjoy this one . .
