Choiceless awareness does not exclude facts which people often falsely label as "negative", anymore than it excludes those labeled "positive". Pumping sunshine or gloom and doom it seems to me is a gross waste of energy and intelligence. The captain of a slave ship surviving a storm wrote "Amazing Grace". Emperor Nero who killed his mother and used burning Christians in his garden for candlelight, composed songs and sang on a stage as Rome burned. Murderous Chicago mob boss Al Capone cried real tears during Italian opera, before leaving to arrange massacres. Nixon played the piano throughout all of Watergate, and Truman too as he initiated a UN war on the people of Korea which has still not ended after 61 years. Music is far from the exclusive province of kind, generous people, much of it now being intellectual property of predatory uber-rich USURY owner families. I could go on and on with such examples, but perhaps some will see facts I am pointing to here. The unorchestrated "music of the universe" I am listening to now as I write this, arouses tremendous passion in living and being alive.
