After only seeing the x-rays, I would have decided to put him to sleep. But the fact that he survived 4 days without proper treatment and because after only one day of treatment in our clinic he had two short episodes in which he walked helped by a harness, he drank water from the syringe and he had pupillary reaction to flashlight test, we understood he deserves a chance. Last night we operated him, we removed all the bone fragments which put so much pressure on his brain. We also removed and cleaned the infection present at the injury spot. Now all we need to do is treat him and pray for him. We’ll wait for at least 3 weeks to see if any positive evolution occurs due to treatment. Watch this space to follow his story and evolution.
